Absolutely not. All your documents are saved directly in your personal Google Drive. We don’t copy, host, or process anything outside of your Google account.
Never. InvoDrive doesn’t read amounts, totals, or sensitive details. We only extract the supplier name and the invoice date – nothing more.
Your files stay in your Google Drive – untouched. You still have full access, even after cancellation. No lock-ins, no restrictions.
Yes – with Advanced and Pro plans, you can select your scan start year (up to 2 or 3 years back). Basic plan starts from the current year only.
No problem. InvoDrive detects such emails and automatically generates a PDF version – saved directly to the correct folder in your Drive.
Yes! Just go to your Google Drive and share the relevant folder – everything is already sorted by year, month, and supplier.
Yes. InvoDrive supports multiple languages, You can choose your preferred language during setup.
Yes. With the right plan, the system will go back and scan all relevant emails from the start year you choose.
It depends on how many emails you have. It can take a few minutes to a few hours – just once. After that, scanning is automatic and daily.
No. Once connected, InvoDrive continues working in the background without needing you to log in again – unless you disconnect manually.
Yes. You can set smart filters to exclude senders, keywords, or specific subjects from being scanned or saved.
Yes! Once it’s set up, everything runs automatically. You can also use the Google Drive app to scan paper receipts directly into your InvoDrive folders.
Each InvoDrive user account connects to one Gmail inbox. If you want to use multiple inboxes, each one should be set up separately.
