1.1 These terms govern the use of the InvoDrive website, system, and services (“InvoDrive”, “the site”, “the system”, or “the service”).
1.2 The document is written in the masculine for convenience only but applies equally to all genders.
1.3 Use of the website, registration, or purchase of a subscription constitutes full agreement to these terms and the site’s policies.
1.4 InvoDrive is a digital system that automatically organizes invoices and receipts from Gmail into Google Drive.

3.1 Purchases are permitted for users aged 18 and above.
3.2 By purchasing, the user confirms legal age and capacity.
3.3 InvoDrive reserves the right to request identification and cancel purchases in case of fraud, misuse, or underage users.
4.1 All services operate entirely within the user’s personal Google account.
4.2 InvoDrive does not store or access invoice content or user data on external servers.
4.3 User data is only used for technical support and system functionality.
4.4 No payment data is stored.
4.5 Cookies are used to improve user experience and recognize returning users.
5.1 Automatically organizes PDF invoices and receipts from Gmail.
5.2 Identifies supplier name and invoice date only – no financial data is read.
5.3 Saves files to Google Drive by year, month, and supplier.

7.1 Uses official Google API only.
7.2 No Google Workspace required.
7.3 API quota limits may delay processing.
7.4 InvoDrive is not responsible for delays, failures, or disruptions caused by Google services or any external technology provider.
8.1 Requires a valid Gmail address.
8.2 Payment is securely processed via credit card or PayPal.
8.3 Access is granted immediately after payment confirmation and an invoice is sent.
9.1 The service is digital only – no physical delivery.
9.2 After payment by credit card and transaction confirmation, the user will be redirected automatically to the dashboard, using the same Google account used for the purchase.
9.3 In the dashboard, the user will complete a quick installation, and the system will begin operating automatically on the user’s Google account.
9.4 A confirmation email will also be sent to the user.
9.5 In case of access issues, contact customer service within 48 hours.
10.1 Subscription purchases may be canceled within 14 days from the date of transaction, provided the system has not been used.
10.2 Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@invodrive.com and must include complete transaction details.
10.3 Refunds will be issued within 7 business days to the original payment method, minus a cancellation fee (5% or ₪100 – whichever is lower).
11.1 Promotions and coupons are temporary and may be revoked at any time.
11.2 Coupons must be applied during purchase; no retroactive discounts.
12.1 The service is provided “As Is”.
12.2 The company and/or its representatives shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from use of the service or its contents.
12.3 Content on the site does not constitute professional or legal advice.
12.4 No responsibility is taken for issues caused by Google or third-party services.
12.5 The company and/or its representatives shall not be liable for delays or interruptions caused by external services.
12.6 The company reserves the right to update, modify, remove, or add features at its sole discretion without prior notice.
12.7 Users are responsible for compliance with applicable laws.
12.8 Users are responsible for backing up their data. The company and/or its representatives are not responsible for data loss due to user error, technical issues, or deletion.
12.9 The company reserves the right to suspend or terminate service at any time, with or without notice.
12.10 The service must not be used for illegal, unauthorized, or infringing purposes.
12.11 Users declare that all uploaded or scanned files are owned by them and do not infringe any third-party rights.
12.12 The company may restrict or block access to users engaged in unreasonable, automated, or excessive activity.
13.1 Users are responsible for entering accurate purchase details.
13.2 Duplicate purchases must be reported to support.
14.1 All system components, code, design, and content are the property of InvoDrive.
14.2 Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
15.1 These terms may be updated at any time.
15.2 The latest version will always be available on the website.
16.1 These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
16.2 Legal jurisdiction is exclusively assigned to the courts of Tel Aviv–Jaffa.
