Dashboard: Print Topics List

This screen lets you handle receipt emails that don’t have an attachment or link, but are still important – like confirmation emails from services such as Apple, Bird, Lime, Facebook, etc.

When the subject of an email matches one of the terms in this list, InvoDrive will generate a PDF from the email body and store it in your Google Drive, just like a regular receipt.

How It Works:

  • Every subject you add will be matched against the Gmail email subject line.

  • If there’s a match, InvoDrive will automatically create and save a PDF version of the email content.

  • Example: If an email subject is “Your receipt from Apple”, a PDF copy will be created and saved.

What You Can Do:

  • 🟦 Add a new topic – Type it in the field below and click “Add Topic”.

  • Remove topics – Click the red ❌ icon to delete any topic.

  • 💾 Save changes – Click “Save Changes” to apply the updates.

Pro Tip: Use exact phrases from real emails to increase detection accuracy.
